Coastal Breeze is a waterfront cottage tucked into Long Island Village, a gated resort community on the water near Port Isabel, Texas. The home sits right at the water's edge, where a covered deck looks out over the channel to the harbor beyond. Mornings mean coffee with a breeze, and evenings bring sunsets over the water where dolphins are a familiar sight.



Inside, vaulted ceilings and wraparound windows keep the home bright and airy. The open living and dining area flows straight to the deck, the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, and two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa give your group room to spread out. It is an unfussy place to land after a day on the water or at the beach.



Beyond your door, Long Island Village offers resort amenities for every pace, and when the Gulf calls, the white sand of South Padre Island is a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

Bedroom 1 (Master): a double bed, a private ensuite bath with walk-in shower, built-in storage, a TV, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 (Guest): a twin daybed, well suited for a child or solo guest, with a ceiling fan and plenty of natural light.

Living room: a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping.

Coastal Breeze offers 1.5 bathrooms. The master ensuite is a full bath with a walk-in shower and a large vanity, and a convenient guest half bath serves the living areas. Fresh towels and bath essentials are provided.

The open living room invites you to kick back after a day on the water, with a comfortable sofa, a recliner, cable TV, and a vaulted ceiling that keeps things airy. It flows into the dining area, where a table for six sits beneath wraparound windows framing the water, with a door opening straight onto the deck.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in, from a full-size refrigerator and electric range to a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Gather around the high-top dining table for six, with water views on three sides and the deck just steps away.



Outdoor Space

The covered waterfront deck is the heart of this home. Pull up a chair at the outdoor table, watch for dolphins in the channel, and settle in for sunset over the water. Mornings start slow with coffee, and evenings linger long after dinner.

Your stay includes access to the amenities of Long Island Village, a gated resort community on the water. Take a dip in the outdoor pool or the indoor lap pool, soak in the indoor hot tubs, or work out in the fitness center. Stay active with tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a mini golf course, then play a round on the 18-hole golf course. Indoors you will find a billiard room, a game room with foosball and table tennis, a library, and a rec hall with a full calendar of activities. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire waterfront cottage, including the covered deck and the in-unit washer and dryer, plus the shared amenities of the gated Long Island Village resort.



Self check-in is available via lockbox for a simple, flexible arrival. Long Island Village is a gated community, and you will receive entry instructions before arrival.



On-site parking is available, though space is limited as is typical in Long Island Village, and golf carts are a popular way to get around.

Long Island Village is a gated, amenity-rich resort community set on the water near Port Isabel, just across the Queen Isabella Causeway from South Padre Island. It is a friendly, golf-cart-paced place with pools, golf, tennis, a marina, and a full calendar of community activities, and it puts the beaches, fishing, and dining of the Texas Gulf Coast within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended. Long Island Village sits just across the swing bridge from Port Isabel, with South Padre Island a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and many guests get around the community by golf cart. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport and Valley International Airport in Harlingen are each roughly an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• One dog up to 25 lbs is welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Cats are not permitted.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• Please respect Long Island Village community rules, including no pets on the golf course.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• No smoking, parties, or events.

• This is a single-level waterfront cottage in a gated resort community, and some amenities are shared and may have their own hours.
