Horrible hotel. Even though it was a pre-paid booking on my end, hotel staff insisted that it could not charge the virtual credit card that hotels.com provided. I was harassed multiple times, and was asked to contact hotels.com customer service from my end. Even after the misunderstanding was resolved, the hotel manager showed no sign of apology. I had stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, but it seems that the new management of this hotel has no interest in customer service. I cannot recommend this hotel through this website or any agent, since the staff here do not have the capacity to process bookings through agents.
