Needs some "front of house" training going on in my opinion. Had front desk staff telling me to join the line of staff who who were obviously busy but then their were other staff at the desk doing nothing to deal with the waiting customers. When asking for a transfer to the airport, they were pedantic about not wanting to drop me off a few hundred yards away from their usual drop of point. I needed to visit a charter airline but they wanted to drop me off at the terminal only. They just forgot about me in reception whilst trying to find out from management if they could deviate from their route. The actual drivers were brilliant and applied common sense and appeared to be able to understand a customers needs.
