”Loved the hotel other than the musty carpet smell from being so old. It is downtown, so plan to be awake till 3 am at least due to the noise. Sketchy homeless people everywhere that poop 💩 in the middle of sidewalk, but city is good to clean streets often and look really nice. Location is perfect! Garage is close, but has several entrances so if you park in wrong place you get charged over rated price. Parking fees are insane. I love Tennessee.”

”Truly NOT worth of 520$/night! Toilet/bathroom plumbing kept disturbing noise during the night everytime somebody was using it nearest rooms. Walls/windows were very thin, we woke up every 2,5 hours because garbage truck was cleaning the neigbourhood and kept noise "peep, peep, peep, peep,peep" and we had 18 hours trip back home next morning. Very annoying. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooftop bar staff VERY nice and qualified! Wide enough breakfast on the list. Bed was quite okay, just a little...

”This hotel had a lot of character, it’s unique because of the historic features throughout. Tons of locations to take beautiful photos . Staff were very welcoming and accommodated our needs well. Overall, we had a terrific stay and would gladly choose The Horton Grand Gaslamp Quarter again!”

”Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.”

”The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. In the immediate surrounding area outside the front doors there are a lot of homeless back in forth and no joke one was literally swinging an axe at a light pole. I'm...

”I liked the idea of incorporating a studio style living. I did not like that the cleaning staff did not change the sheets after 3 days.”

”Ihan ok huone. WC ja suihku samassa tilassa, käsienpesu huoneen puolella. Sänky oli ihan mukava, mutta ilmastointi…. On/off/on/off koko yön! Melu oli kamala, heräsin joka kerta. Kaukosäätimestä ei auttanut muuttaa mitään asetuksia. Aamupala oli aika kehno. Vain ceoissant, kahvi, hedelmä, jugurtti. Ja aamupalana myöhästyi joka aamu.”

”I like the room with the kitchen. However the sink is not draining well. Staff was very helpful and they switched us to a better room. No parking at the hotel so we had to park in the parking garage down couple blocks away.”

”The location was amazing in the heart of Little Italy. The check in and parking were straight forward and the staff was nice. It was a very basic room and I wish it had been a little more clean. The small rug was pretty stained and there were random hairs around. The R2D2 air con was pretty loud. Other than that, I would stay there again.”
