These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.



This little gem is located in the middle of Port Orange and is just a quick 3 mile drive to the beach! The house (Sleeps 4) was built in 2015, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and all of its living space upstairs. Downstairs includes a half bathroom and laundry room with access to a huge fenced backyard with fire-pit and chairs to relax and enjoy a country feeling in town.



Kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel refrigerator w/ ice-maker and 4 burner stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the essentials to make home cooked meals. Gather around the family room to watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV (no cable). Secure WiFi. The family room has a sleeper sofa that easily converts to a Queen size bed if needed. The Master bedroom has King size bed, closet, 2 night stands, 40" Smart TV and access to the upstairs full bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has Queen size bed, chair and closet. Step outside and onto the walk out deck overlooking the large backyard. Outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, which has plenty of seating, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Everything you love is nearby! Whether it's the beach, golfing in the areas best courses, dining in some of the best local restaurants or shopping at the multiple shopping centers nearby, Port Orange is the perfect location to stay close to all things that you find enjoyable! Garage is not available for guest use.

Home away from home

This house is nice, and centrally located between the beaches, Port Orange, and Daytona Beach.Nicely appointed, the house provides 99% of what you need to make your stay a good one. Quiet neighborhood, decently close to stores and attractions in the area.Property management is responsive, and handled any issues we had appropriately.Pictures match the unit 100%.

Disappointed

The pictures didn’t seem to be representative of the property. The yard is in need of a good clean up, there was trash and debris and the two trailers that were in the front yard were certainly an eyesore. The inside was certainly functional, but not the cleanest. It took a while to get a response when we were unable to log onto the WiFi or get internet. We would not stay at this air B&B again.

Everything was good.....except one thing.

The stay was great, we appreciated the location of the property and the amenities. The only thing is the outdoor trash can has no lid and has a huge hole in the bottom edge. This causes animals to drag trash out and having us to clean up after them. Unfortunately the outdoor property hasnt been cleaned and organized since Hurricane Milton. Overall we would stay here again. Thank you after them.thbackyard doesnt look like its

Nice place - Couple of things though

The property was well cared for and was as described, minus a few details. - Sleeps 4, can only eat with 2 - The table you see in the picture is not large and if you have 4 people in your group you will either eat in shifts or a few people at table and have others at the couch/table in living room. - 2 full baths – Actually it is 1 full bath and 1 bath. The place was clean and comfortable and the fenced in back yard was fantastic as well as the temperature cooled a bit and there was a nice breeze. We didn't have a fire as it was June in Florida, ambiance nice - extra heat not needed!! Other than the eating arrangements I had an issue with a delivery from a furniture store that took place midweek. We had no awareness of this, and it put us in a situation of accept/not accept delivery. We had to call the management company service department as we had no way of contacting anybody else, and they informed us they had no notification of a delivery. We did get confirmation from the movers it was right location and correct time per his delivery notice and that the owner would be there between 10:00am and 1:00pm. One hour after delivery we did get an email to expect a delivery and the owner visit. We can learn from the eating situation, we clearly saw the pictures and decided to stay at this location, however the delivery issue does not sit well with me nor the excuses of mistaken delivery location, owner did not have notification, etc. I have never had this happen before and do not like being an in between party for any delivery.

Excellent location to Beaches. Nice area.

I definitely recommend this property. We had a very good time visiting and staying in this location. The scenery was very piece full. The house is very clean and well stocked for what is needed for the basics. For our family of three, we had plenty of room.

Great Location

We came down to Daytona for the Welcome to Rockville Concert. This house was in a perfect location. The house is very clean, beds were comfortable and backyard fire pit was great on a chilly night. I do have to say they have a little half bath under the stairs and we kept calling it the " Harry Potter Potty". We got a lot of laughs every day out of that! Being serious it was a nice little bathroom. Overall the house is great. Thank You to the owner for allowing us to enjoy this little piece of paradise.
