”A series of red flags from this location. The worst was the unclean bed sheets and the lack of towels in the bathroom. There was a lack of food prep (no functioning microwave and no stove). Also no TV.”

”This is place for refugee or very poor students. No bed sheets, dirty pillows, you get only room, no tables for working, i was on business tri. Wifi and cell signals are down in this basement. Shower and kitchen are shared with others. Aria is ok, in 2 min driving or 10 min walking nice plaza, new one. Not yet polluted by Oshawa homless and drug addict.”

”We stayed at Our Valley View Bed & Breakfast for two nights over the Civic holiday long weekend and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The room was spotless, with a comfortable queen bed and rustic decor. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The homemade breakfasts were a highlight — freshly baked muffins, fruit from the garden, delicious farm fresh eggs, fresh brewed coffee, toast and raw honey from their own bee hives and local apple...

”I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided...

It was never mentioned in recent reviews and the host said that smoking was allowed in the upstairs balcony and a recent guest had been a regular frequent smoker out there. I told the host that I would not mention the smoke...
