”We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap.”

”I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues,...

The back of the house is where it’s at! Nice big deck to sit, relax and let your cares go. We used the kayaks that was furnished and was able to put in right at the back of the house. The other thing that didn’t work was the sliding glass doors, they were hard to open and dirty, seems like it could be a safety issue. ”We had an amazing two weeks stay, the weather was lovely and the house was perfect for what we needed .Nothing was too much trouble for our host.we had a minor problem with the pool and was sorted immediately.We saw so much wildlife from the dock and fished most days.Renting the boat was an added extra but thoroughly worth the money. ”Overall we had a great time, easy check-in and out. We had a few issues which we contacted Matt and Abby about, they replied quickly and helped where needed. The inside is much larger then it looks outside and the neighborhood was quite with a park right down the road. No one informed Matt and Abby the screen around the pool had broken so we did get attacked by the no see um's (nats) around the pool which limited the amount of time we could stay out there after 6. ”Our family of 3 and our dog enjoyed a quick weekend away at this Weekie Wachee home. Check in was easy, and we were welcomed by a manatee swimming by in the crystal clear water. This home is located in a prime spot. It has a fantastic view of nature. There was also plenty of people watching as the boats and kayaks went by mid day. ”The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!”

”James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star.
