”Owner needs to improve check in procedure regarding Sea Pines passes. Passed should be included with rental price and mailed to renter in advance. Pool was not clean and could not be used. Normally with rentals you get complimentary soaps and shampoos, shower gels, etc. These were not provided..not a problem if renter knows in advance. Bikes were provided which was a big plus. Truly a great house for a big group.”

”Excellent Review Title Wonderful home! Your Comments The house was as described, and as seen in the pictures. Very cute and clean and stocked with just about everything. You will likely need to get shampoo and toilet paper after the first day. Bikes can be delivered through the Hosts before you arrive, as well as beach chairs, although we ended up just buying a couple beach chairs for our stay. The bikes were great to have. ”Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. ”We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and had a great stay. The location was perfect for getting to Parris Island and close to shopping and restaurants. ”The unit was very well located, maybe 8-10 minutes to be on the beach itself. Next to main road bike paths so it was super easy to hop on and off to bike somewhere. The neighborhood pool was nice. My only complaint was the floors not being cleaned.”

”We went down for a week stay in Hilton Head. The property was great and within walking distance to the beach plus the multiple pools on site was a great addition for our kids. Only downfall to the whole trip was that if you are on the bottom floor, you can hear every step of those above you and especially any children that run wild upstairs. ”The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
