The host was easy to communicate with initially, but during our stay we didn't get all responses needed. A few things about the property stuck out: 1) a deadbolt was completely broken to one of the main entrances (back door) so the house could not be secured; 2) the house was not fully clean (e.g., candy wrappers found in drawers, coffee machine not cleaned in years, etc.).; 3) no dishwasher was big burden on large group; 4) rooms were not accurately described as in ad, so our group had to adjust bedding situation once we arrived (making it quite hard to arrange families). The entire property is quite run down and falling apart (e.g., when it rained, water poured through the actual ceiling light fixtures by the pool, creating a serious hazard; the outside sink drain literally is cutoff, meaning the drain water pours onto the patio not into the septic; all outside gear is quite slimy from years of rain water and not being attended to, etc.). Low price compared to other properties but the lack of accuracy in the description, uncleanliness, broken items, etc. made it overall quite disappointing.

Overall the house worked well for our needs but there were a few things off that left us wishing for more. First communication with the host was a little off, we asked about an early check in and were originally told the cleaners were at the property the night before and just needed to finish up in the morning. I will say we were never told we could check in early but it also was not communicated that we could not so we were left hanging. Additionally, the house does not have a dishwasher and the microwave does not function properly. The towels for the pool were found in the drier and there were not enough for our entire group. Additionally, on the of the upstairs showers leaked and the house ran out of hot water pretty quickly. Loved the pool! And the couch and tv area were great for hanging out.

10/10 would recommend! We had a group of 14 staying here, and everyone from toddlers to teens to adults had an amazing time! We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The property is beautifully upgraded, and the backyard was definitely our favorite spot between the pool and the river in the back where you can fish, it was perfect for relaxing and fun family time. There’s even a playground for the little ones!I also accidentally left some things behind, and the host, Ulyesse, was so kind to drop them off for me. That really went above and beyond! We’d absolutely love to come back for another family gathering.

Great Home

This home was perfect for our Chapter Retreat. It was spacious, many amenities, great for outdoor activities and plenty room for parking. Our group is already asking whether we could go back next year, I would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

Amazing vacation

We stayed here with our family who came in from other states as well as Europe. Everyone commented on how beautiful the house was and how the location was perfect. The kids stayed busy between the pool and the game room. We loved it!!!!

Beautiful family home

Very clean, loved the outside kitchen and pool. All upgraded appliances, plenty of beautiful cupboards and the stone work throughout the house was amazing. Host and hostess very helpful and very friendly.

Absolutely Stunning!!

From booking the house to checking out, everything was perfect!!! Communication with the owner was seamless and he was very accommodating. The pictures don’t do this house justice - it is even better in person. Highlights for our group (18 adults) were the pool table, video game (I mean who doesn’t love Ms Pac-Man?), the pool, fishing in the river, the stunning outdoor kitchen and ice machine. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and you can tell the owners really put a lot of their time and expertise into this home. We were there to celebrate a 50th birthday and it was a huge success - we all had a ton of fun!!! We will definitely come back…. Thanks again!!!

Beautiful home but make sure you bring everything

Home is beautiful. Very spacious for our big family. Communication was good throughout the stay.The listing is misleading because it seems to include a boat tour but we discovered it does not. The kitchen is beautiful but there was no soap, spices, garbage bags, etc.

The perfect Christmas vacation!

Our family spent Christmas at this incredible 6-bedroom house, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The home had plenty of space for everyone, and the layout allowed us to spend time together without feeling crowded.The enclosed pool was a highlight—we loved being able to swim even in December! The outdoor kitchen and TV made it easy to enjoy meals and entertainment outside, and the game room kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours.The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. The only small downside was the absence of a dishwasher, which meant a bit more time hand-washing dishes, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holidays. It was the perfect setting for making memories, and we’re already planning to come back for another vacation!

Family Christmas

I recently rented this PSL location for a family Christmas gathering. Normally, we get together at a family member's house for the day, which limits our time together. Renting this house for an overnight stay gave us the opportunity to spend more time together and the location didn't disappoint. The house had plenty of space for everyone and all of the amenities that we could possibly need, even for a much longer stay. If you're looking to stay in PSL with a large group, overnight or for an extended stay, I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful for families

We had a large group of extended family come to stay for the thanksgiving holiday. The house was decorated beautifully and was perfect for all of us. The kids loved the pool, playground, and fishing off the dock. Only recommendations for future visitors would be to bring paper plates as there is no dishwasher which isn’t a huge deal if you prepare ahead of time and to grab bags of ice as there’s no ice maker or trays. Our stay was truly wonderful and the host was very accommodating, even stocking the house with a high chair for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Celebration

This home was amazing and the host was excellent. The house is beautiful very clean and a perfect set up for a large gathering. The area allows for enjoying family time and being on the water, we were able to go boating and return and have a swim and a nice dinner. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was an amazing vacation property. The home was well equipped with extras to make our stay more comfortable. With a family of 18 ranging in the ages of 4 months to 60 plus, it provided entertainment for all. There was always something to do, trip to the beach (only a few miles away), swimming pool, fishing, game room or just lay in a hammock and read a good book. Hope to go back soon.

Beautiful House

I booked the house for eight women for a golf outing. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax after a long day on the golf course. I would definitely book this house again.
