”This is the perfect place, so much privacy and lots of space!! We enjoyed the dock and my husband enjoyed fishing, we drove to the State Park to enjoy beach time we like the Staye Park as there is less people and no driving on the beach. The only downfall and it is small was we had to park our camper with the door facing the road because of the hookups, but that was minor!! We will definitely be back, love this little piece of paradise❤️”

”It honestly doesn’t get better than this private, spacious and clean RV lot. This was our first RV stay at Port Saint Joe and we LOVED it! . It is very private, clean and within close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Neil, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent again!”

”Everything is as listed on the website, is a relax quiet and the beach is a walking distance from lot, the only downside is a low phone signal on Tmobile service, water in ocean wasn’t as clear as Mexico’s beach, but not sure if is always like that or just the days i was there , i would definitely come back, the stars view at night was amazing,🙂🙂”

”We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. It made it difficult to properly drain our tanks. Next time we hope to rent the other side because of this. About a 2 min walk to the beach along a nice path. ”This is a great location with just a short easy walk to the beach! The only downside is that it is very tight to maneuver into the lot from Cancun drive which is a one lane road with a white fence running right down the left side of it and a light/electricity pole on the right to maneuver between while backing/turning in. ”This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here...
