”The night clerk was a bit unsure of my questions about checking out and getting out of parking garage. He was polite, but didn’t like small talk much. Not big deal, he did a great job of checking us in. The hotel was very nice and the restaurant breakfast staff and food was wonderful!”

”We arrived around 3am and did not realize our reservation somehow had gotten put in for the day after and the staff would not let us change it to the current day even though they had spare rooms so we was forced to pay a second time and we was only there for 5 hrs. The staff acted like she could care less about the situation. There eas also no parking spots left so we had to park at the hotel next door.”
