”I absolutely loved my stay! My dream place in Salem! The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the price—everything is perfect! I have never slept so well in a bed as the one I had there. Plus, they offer cookies and scones starting at 4 p.m., and delightful morning treats at 9 a.m.! There’s limited on-site parking available, as well as another lot not far away. I’ve found my place to stay in Salem—50/5 stars! I can’t wait to come back, thank you for everything!”

”Great stay! The staff are so kind and helpful. I got in very late Saturday night after 36 grueling hours of travel hell, and had to get last-minute supplies and copies for a work stint. They received packages for me and made copies quickly. Don't know what I would've done without them, given that it was Sunday and not much was open! The room was fine (though very noisy from neighboring rooms). Great breakfast included. Highly recommend.”

”The place is ok for a short layover, but we wouldn’t want to book this for a longer stay. Our room was quite noisy, and there’s no housekeeping. We booked a room for 4 people, but it was set for only 2, and it took us several trips to the front desk and well over an hour to get the missing bedding & towels. The pullout sofa was flimsy and uncomfortable to sleep on, even for kids.”
”The room and private bath in the Jordan room was very clean and cozy. The door code check in system worked perfectly. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Also, the attached cafe had amazing staff and the coffee and breakfast was top notch.”
