Pet Policy:

1 dog allowed, 40lb max

Must travel with crate and either be with owner or in crate if owner is not home

Owner must be with dog at all times while outside

Dogs are not allowed on the furniture

Pet waste must be picked up from the yard daily



Cats are not allowed due to severe owner allergies.



Hot tub rules: To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules for using our hot tub:

* Rinse Before Entering: Please take a quick shower before entering the bathtub. This will help keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.

* No Eating or Drinking in the Tub: For your safety and the cleanliness of the space, we request that you refrain from eating or drinking anything while using the tub.

The hot tub receives monthly professional servicing, and have access to the property to perform the necessary maintenance.



We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use and enjoyment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy
