Located just a block away from Dock Square, this newly renovated and furnished coastal cottage is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to enjoy coastal living at it's finest. This home is just steps away from multiple dining experiences, shopping, antiquing and ocean excursions. Kayak, scooter and bicycle rentals are available just around the corner, within walking distance from this property. Explore the beaches of the Kennebunks, located within less than a mile from Doane's Wharf, or enjoy a peaceful walk while drinking your morning coffee at the beautiful Fransican Monestary.

Beach permit, linens, blankets and towels are included as part of the rental.

Family vacation

The house was in the best location. Very easy walk to downtown to the shops and restaurants. However, the house definitly had signs of wear and tear and not quite as clean as I expected it to be. There was also an awful smell in the bathroom.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The entire process from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Pam, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was in place for our arrival. The place itself was cozy and perfect for a winter retreat, with the fireplace adding an extra touch of warmth and comfort. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to town, so we could easily explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. This was our second visit and we will be back next year. Its such a charming cottage, that is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, glasses etc. The location on the water and walking distance to downtown is so beautiful and convienant.

Everything you need, close to town!

Location of this cottage doesn’t get any better. It’s comfortable for a small family. It was about a 5 minute walk into town. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. The property itself feels very private and quiet at night. All rooms have A/C. The ceiling in bathroom is pretty low, especially the shower which can be a problem for tall people. I hate to say anything negative, but the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. Made loud noise every time you rolled over or got out of bed. It sags in the middle and have terrible back ache. Get a new mattress and this property is gold!

Quiet retreat near everything Kennebunk has tonoffer

Pam’s property was perfect for a family of 3. The location was beautiful, the house was clean and the outside deck was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room had high ceilings so it felt open and airy even rainy days. Two minute walk and you were already in town, short walk to the beach. A perfect stay!

Charming Cottage in Perfect Location

We absolutely love Pamela’s cottage. This was our third stay! Its nautical decor is charming, it is very comfortable and clean and we love being able to walk to town. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. Would we return? Of course!

Charming cottage in a grat location

We had a wonderful stay at Pam's cottage. The cottage is charming and was very comfortable for me, my husband and my adult son. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and we had very pleasant walks into town for dinners and shopping. Pam was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions and requests. Would love to visit again in the warmer months!

We visited for a December get away. What a fantastic vacation. We have been using VRBO properties for vacations for over 25 years. Pam’s house is hands down the best place we have ever stayed. We will definitely go back.
