We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and the parking spot that was included. The house was decorated great and had everything we needed. The cleaning crew must’ve been rushed because they left towels in the wash and dryer and didn’t do a great job cleaning the bathrooms. We would definitely stay again bc we loved the location.

This place is in an excellent location! It’s a cool home with a modern vibe. I would highly recommend. It does have some maintenance that needs to be attended to in the guest bedroom but that is my only recommendation.

Great place - not super private

This apartment was beautiful and in a great location. We had a great stay! The ONLY negative is that with sliding doors on each bedroom and very little shade, it's not the most private - even though each room is separated by a walkway.

Overall, the place was Great! Had plenty of room for 5 adults. Finding it was a challenge but we did it & had a wonderful time in Portland. Would recommend staying here!

Gorgeous townhouse, excellent location!

We loved this townhouse! It’s absolutely beautiful. The showers have amazing water pressure and the beds are super comfy. And it’s in a great neighborhood in Portland. The parking is super secure too. The only issue is that everything is so sleek and modern so it’s a little loud inside! Just be mindful of that if you have a loud snorer.

The Robots Are In Charge

Okay, I'm not even that old, but the process for checking in and dealing with issues was all handled by AI, which sucked. You can't park the car in the garage until you get the key for the condo and then he garage door opener to park the car. The lockbox for Vacasa is down a hallway you would never know to go to. Luckily we saw a person, and she told us where to go. The building is odd that you have to get the key and then go back outside to find your condo door. So finally, we got in and parked the car. Then we realized the heat was not on. We checked all the obvious things, but it wasn't any of that. So I called the number and got AI. I texted, and got AI. I emailed, and got AI. AI just said the same thing over and over for 3 days. Nobody ever came to check the heat, and then we left.All that aside, the location is astounding! Very close to restaurants and shops. There were goats on the street! They were living in an empty lot and were owned by a restaurant group. It seems their job is to take care of plant-based waste. Very Portlandia, but also practical and super fun to see them each time we passed by. Portland is such a fun city with nice people and great food and art. Even if this isn't the most personable rental, it was still a great trip. Just back to dress in some serious layers and solve your own problems.

We had everything we needed. But the place could have been better with a few things.Large towels for 4 people we had 2.Coffee cups for everyone we had 3.Dish towels we had 0.Kleenex we used toilet paperShape nails need to be fixed from bedroom into the bathroom on the floor.Shower curtain did not keep water in the shower We would of liked the trash code

2115 Review

Place was very nice but there were a couple of things that could have been better. First, the lighting is not as bright as shown. All the lights are yellow & not very bright at all. The ceiling fan light in one of the rooms didn’t even work. There were some crumbs left in the couch and there was a nasty stain on one of the bed blankets. One of the bedrooms also didn’t lock. The walls are super thin so we could hear the neighbors when they were really loud at night. Other than that, it was a cool place to stay and a great location.

Great spot in Portland!

If I was to own a place in Portland, it would be a place like this. Perfect location, clean, and comfortable. Within walking distance of many great restaurants, stores, and activities. Family and I loved the few days we hung out here. Thanks for the great place!

AC didn’t work!

While we really enjoyed the location we were disappointed that the air conditioning did not work the entire time we were there. With temperatures reaching above 90 degrees it was very hot and miserable. Two different people came to “look” at it but it was never fixed. My son slept on the concrete floor.The other issue we had was with the washing machine not working at all the first half of our stay and then only partially working the other half (had to wring out our clothes in the sink) so we could put them in the dryer. There really needs to be larger machines in this unit. I’ve never seen a washing machine that you have to open and clothes mid cycle to get it to work. There is also a tack strip in the upstairs bedroom entry that is sticking out and like needles in your feet when you step on it. The building maintenance man that came to try to help us with the AC was very nice and tried but it was beyond what he could do. All in all I’d say we liked the area but likely would not be staying again.

Great Place, Terrible Check In Process

The townhouse was in a great walkable neighborhood. It was clean and worked for 2 adults and 2 kids. The problem was the check in process. We received very limited info and it took 45 minutes and a very long phone call to figure out how to enter the building. The lobby of the unit is actually around the corner on another street and this was never conveyed to us in any of the check in instructions we received. I would only stay there again because I know the process now but for new renters, beware. It's not easy!

An ultra-modern Townhouse in downtown Portland

We loved the townhouse but it seemed better suited for our home state of Texas than Portland. While perfect for the warm weather we had it seems like it could be chilly and dim during a Portland winter. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, a gym for our 22 year and a parking spot for our car made it perfect for exploring the greater Portland area.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location! The unit was clean. The check in process was confusing so it took awhile to get in. It was pretty cold, all the floors were concrete, downstairs was always chilly and upstairs was really warm! We had to buy dishwasher soap, coffee, coffee filters, foil and oven mitts. There was one dish towel. These are basic amenities that most rentals stock. The main bedroom with adjoining bath was laid out strange, uncomfortable and inconvenient. Not conducive to two people with only one nightstand. The side without a nightstand had the bathroom/toilet a few feet from your face. Just not real pleasant.

Great location

Stayed here with a friend and the location is perfect. Everything about the space is great, but we did fight some ants throughout the weekend. Otherwise, no complaints.

The main front living blinding did not close.

The main front living blinds did not close properly. The towels felt like sandpaper. Lack of normal attention to details needed for a vacation stay. None of the clocks were changed to the normal time.

Great condo & location!!!

What a super location for shopping, food and ease of getting around Portland and the surrounding area! Love the modern vibe of the condo with sleek kitchen, concrete floors and creative furniture and decor! Comfortable bed and having washer/dryer is helpful! Highly recommend this condo!!
