Urban Glamping Airstream • Belmont • Sleeps 2

A polished-aluminum Airstream restored inside with modern finishes.

Sleeping: a queen bed at one end, with its own heat and AC zone.

Living: a dinette that works for meals and remote work, a kitchenette with a propane stove, fridge, sink and the basics, and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside: a private patio under the trees and a fenced yard shared only with the main house. Fast Wi-Fi from the house. No laundry on site, but a laundromat is a short walk.

Through the backyard gate, then left to the lockbox tucked behind the corner. The code comes by message before arrival. The main house is a separate rental with its own guests, who use the same yard path.

Check-in is self-guided, so you can arrive on your own schedule. I'm a message away whenever you need anything during your stay.

Sunnyside is the residential pocket between Belmont and Hawthorne. Belmont, four minutes away, has Never Coffee for a serious cup and Tabor Bread for pastries, plus a strip of bars and restaurants. Hawthorne is eleven minutes for vintage shops and the Bagdad Theater. Mt Tabor's trails and views are a 20-minute walk. Belmont Eco Laundry handles laundry.

The bus stop is steps from the gate, on the 15 line that runs down Belmont to downtown in about 20 minutes. Parking is free on the street on the block (the strip beside the house isn't for cars). Downtown is 12 minutes by car, PDX airport about 20.

On stays over a week the gray-water tank may need emptying. We can normally take care of it, but on a long stay you may need to do it yourself, and it's a quick job. Washcloths aren't provided, towels are.
