Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor. Everything was clean and there were a lot of little touches that made it evident that Heather really cares about the comfort of her guests.The surrounds are also very beautiful which adds to the overall enjoyment of the stay.I would recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.”
