”Property was clean, functional and perfect location for our daily fishing in Portland and trips to cape Bridgewater for swimming at the beach. Unlike a lot of other properties, this one includes small touches like clothes airers that make staying for a longer period all the more easy. Highly recommend!”

”Loved our stay at Devlins Cottage and hope to return someday! The cottage was cosy and enjoyed relaxing by the fire and looking out to the views of the ocean. Our stay could have been made better with a couple of small improvements. The firewood supply was minimal and there was no prior notice of this so it was a pain to have to drive into Portland the next day to get more. It was also disappointing to arrive and find tea, coffe and sugar canisters empty except for four sugar sticks. Also maybe...

”Great holiday park within walking distance to town centre. The cabin I stayed in was comfortable, there’s 2 bedrooms but the one with the bunk bed was tiny. There is a kitchenette with enough bench space to prepare sandwiches. There is a nice walk with beach view at the back of the park. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay again.”

”On arrival I was a bit unsure and opening up the shed was difficult for me as the door is very stiff! Charles did ask if I needed help which I declined, definitely say yes! The door is really loud to close, you could not sneak a person past if you tried! 😉 First impression when opening the shed, “Man what have I done?!”, but don’t despair, got up the stairs and have a look!
