”It is a little rough in appearance—overgrown shrubs at entry way, cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, loud air conditioning window units except for two bedrooms that had fans, molding/trim had gaps, flooring could use updating. But it worked for what we needed. We brought our two dogs & they had a fenced in back to run in. The floors except one bedroom didn’t have carpet, so that was nice. We were not able to get access to television channels because we didn’t bring our own Roku- we didn’t know...

”This was the PERFECT home to host our aunts and uncles and of course the mother in law!!! Accommodations were spot on with a beautiful view of the lake along with deer and turkeys crossing the property everyday . Beds were great, kitchen was well equipped, TONS of room and very quiet. A+++++++ ”

”What a wonderful property next to the Marina! Very spacious accommodation with easy access to the lake marina, restaurant/bar and more. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The back porch is screened in with the main side opening automatically by remote, very nice setup! Don't stay here intending to party, enjoy the tranquil setting.”

”Great location to do things. Nice to stay away from all the Nashville traffic. But close enough to have things to do. Very clean and many extras provided. Easy access. Would dif stay here again. ”

”Perfect location with just a short drive to downtown Nashville. Plenty of space for a large group. Highly recommend using the van shuttle service that's advertised on the placard in the house; they are affordable and easy to schedule for large groups. Pool and hot tub were a great option for taking a break in between the Broadway scene. House was clean and check in/checkout process was a breeze. ”

”The house is amazing, it was very comfortable and spacious. we really loved the outside atmosphere, we so enjoyed the deck, the woods, the animal sounds and the quietness of the area. This place was perfect for us. The 25 minute drive into Nashville was an easy trip. We will definitely return in the fall.”
