”Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement. L'escalier pour l'atteindre est aussi encombrée de matériel...

”This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you.”

”Could not ask for a cleaner place to stay in the heart of historic Otranto. Breakfast is not included not even a coffee if you ask for one. More disappointing was that Expedia stated that parking is available, which was a search criteria we used. Had to park blocks away on street paying $15/day and haul luggage to hotel. I know this can be normal in the historic areas but not sure why description stated available. Lastly i can't thank Caterina enough for all of her welcomed suggestions on...

”L’hôtel est au milieu de nul part On nous a demandé si on voulait dîner on a accepté. Aucun prix ne nous a été affiché La surprise c’est le jour du départ quand on a payé. Par contre on a passé une bonne soirée et la cuisine était très bonne. Très belle piscine. Et très bon petit déjeuner. Les hôtes sont sympathique. ”

”Mancanza bidè, colazione non come propagandato, bensì con convenzione ristretta presso bar, motivo Coronavirus, ma non avvisati prima dell ' arrivo in sede, falso cambio delle lenzuola, condizione delle stanze da rivedere, non adeguate al prezzo pagato. Da sconsigliare. ”

”Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ich hätte mich außerdem gefreut, wenn das Personal...
