Located in a serene neighbourhood, our private house is just a few metres from the iconic Rua de Santa Catarina, a central and historic street in Porto known for its walks and shopping, and from Marquês and Faria de Guimarães metro stations.

Our charming Duplex strikes the perfect balance, providing proximity to the vibrant city centre, whilst also offering a haven of tranquillity to unwind after a day of exploration.



SPACE THR



Enjoy exclusive access to our entire 132 square metre house, which is fully air-conditioned and heated. It has two bedrooms (on separate floors), two complete bathrooms, inviting outdoor terraces and living areas throughout. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing at home, our tastefully decorated house offers the perfect combination of privacy and comfort for up to six guests.



BEDROOMS



There are 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and heating for maximum comfort. Each bedroom has high-quality mattresses, first-rate pillows, comfortable bedding and blackout curtains aimed at ensuring a restful night's sleep.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and has a King bed (190 cm x 200 cm) and the second bedroom is on the second floor and has a Queen bed (150 cm x 200 cm). A sofa bed and a separate folding bed (80 cm x 200 cm) are available to accommodate additional guests.



WC/BATHROOMS



2 bathrooms are equipped with toilet, sink and shower. The ground floor bathroom has a bidet. Towels and other personal hygiene items are provided for your convenience.



LIVING AREA



Bright and inviting living space with a large and comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, armchair and a 55-inch smart television with Google Chromecast and standard cable channels.



DINING ROOM



A welcoming dining room awaits you with a delicious dining table with capacity for four people.



KITCHEN



A fully equipped kitchen has many appliances to prepare delicious meals, such as: microwave, oven, cooker, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and much more. You can enjoy meals in the comfort of the kitchen or opt for an outdoor experience on the kitchen terrace, complete with a picturesque bistro table for two.

A rare jewel in Porto, with an exclusive terrace at roof level, with views of the tourist attractions in the surrounding area. Catch some sun while you recline in two delightful sun loungers.
