Before booking, please note:

•🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ash, cigarette butts). Smoking is permitted on the terrace

•🗒️Online registration: guest data must be registered compulsorily and independently through our own platform before arrival

•🗝️Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.

•🔑Access codes: provided on the day of check-in, after the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

•👥 Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct in the booking. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the stated number may result in additional fees or refusal of the stay.

•⏳ Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 applies for water and electricity; any excess will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
