The open-plan bedroom was designed to offer flexibility and comfort, featuring a double bed and two single beds that can be converted into a second double bed.



The full bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.



For bookings of 2 guests, the use of a second bed with linen included has an additional cost of €20 per stay, payable directly to the host. Please communicate this need before arrival so that everything is prepared with the utmost care and comfort.

- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. In case of non-compliance, a minimum fee of €200 may be applied.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.

- Checkout must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.
