- The property has a zero-tolerance smoking policy. In case of breach, a minimum fee of €200 may be applied.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of stay is provided.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, additional bedding or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be completed by 11am. Late checkouts without prior authorisation may incur additional charges.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese legislation.



- There are works taking place in the block so there may be noise.
