- The apartment is located at ground-floor level, but access requires going up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment entrance.
- The building door requires a key to enter and exit. Please always take the keys with you when leaving the apartment.

Rua do Breiner sits between some of Porto's most interesting neighbourhoods, combining a residential atmosphere with easy access to the historic centre. Nearby you'll find cafés, restaurants, local shops and many of the city's most iconic attractions.

It's an excellent base for travellers who want to experience Porto on foot and enjoy the character of its central districts.

The main advantage of this location is the possibility of reaching several central areas of Porto on foot, including Cedofeita, Miguel Bombarda, Clérigos, Aliados and part of the historic centre.

Lapa Metro Station is around a 16-minute walk away, useful for connections to other parts of the city whenever you prefer not to walk.

For guests arriving by car, parking in the area is public, paid and subject to availability.

￫ Self-Catering Accommodation
The accommodation operates on a self-catering basis. A few basic items are provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the final cleaning after check-out. During the stay, additional cleaning services or changes of bed linen and towels can be requested at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-ins after 10:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of €25. A set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of key loss, an additional penalty may also apply.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Extended Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these conditions.
