The flat is located in the Old Porto area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is the upper part of the city.

It is a large studio of 46m2 located on the 2nd floor and consists of :

A large living room :
- A sleeping area with double bed
- A living / dining area with a table, two armchairs, TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, hotplate, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle)

A bathroom with shower, toilet and many facilities (hair dryer, iron, non-drying washing machine).

- Linen and towels provided
- The studio is fully air-conditioned
