Great location in the center of Porto. Easy walk or Metro to all the city sights. The elevator was very much appreciated. Very modern apartment with lots of bathrooms. Nice gathering area for the family. We had a couple of issues but the owners addressed them promptly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great location

Spacious, well-appointed apartment in great location in Porto! We stayed as two families (4 adults, 5 kids), and really enjoyed the layout. The building is quiet and very close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend the professionalism of this property management company also!

Really nice for a larger group. Great location!

We were a group of 7 women spending 10 days in Portugal. Half of our trip was spent at this apartment. We would stay here again. The location is phenomenal. The elevator was a great addition for getting our luggage up to the third floor. The bedrooms are roomy and have plenty of storage. Having 5 (5!) bathrooms — one for each bedroom — was an absolute gift for getting ready in the morning. The apartment was clean and the person who met us for check-in did a great job of recommending places to visit and to eat. Our espresso maker was broken, and they replaced it the very next day. Downsides: There was one key to get us in the front door of the building. We requested more keys, since we don't always spend our days as a single, large group — and two days into our trip, one more key was dropped off for us. So we had to do a lot of coordination to figure out who would be back to the apartment first, who could let someone else in, etc. Also, three of our bedroom a/c units did not work. When we notified the company about the first one (we hadn't realized the other two were broken yet), they said they needed parts and that they didn't know when it was coming in. It wasn't fixed while we were there. It was an unusually hot October, with temps in the mid-80s F, so this was uncomfortable for the people in those rooms. The balconies are very small, and one was completely covered by construction scaffolding. We didn't use them. But someone else might find them charming.

Sehr schöne Wohnung die für 10-12 Personen angeboten wird. Allerdings ist die Küchenausstattung hierfür leider nicht ausgelegt. Eine Mini Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee ist völlig ungeeignet. Kein größeres Messer z. B. zum Brotschneiden vorhanden. Nur ein kleines stumpfes Messer. Trotz vorheriger Bestätigung auf Nachfrage gab es nur 6 Stühle. Die restlichen Pers. mussten auf kleinen Holzhockern sitzen. Ansonsten hatten wir 5 schöne Tage in Porto verbracht und die Wohnung an sich kann man nur empfehlen. Sauber - Handtücher usw. alles vorhanden. Tolle, zentrale Lage. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Bien en los cuartos de baño los lavabos muy pequeños y no hay repisas para poner cremas desodorante en fin todas las cosas necesarias para el aseo, en las duchas carece de repisa para poner el champú y también hemos echado en falta alguna percha

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We loved our visit to Porto and this apartment added to our overall experience. We were a party of 4 couples and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The management team was excellent to deal with - very accommodating. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Douro River.
