The apartment itself is nice, clean and very central. However keep in mind that the street noise can be significant during daytime hours primarily due to street performers (I.e. singers), but if you’re planning to spend most of the daytime hours outside then it’s fine.
Check-in was the low-point for me though. I did not receive any instructions on the check-in process and forms that need to be filled out. I waited in front of the building for an hour after expected check-in at 4pm until another guest came out and I had to ask them to contact the host on my behalf for check-in process.
