This lovely 40m² home is located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and many restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

Located on the ground floor, this home is ready to welcome you.

The living room features a relaxing sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. With its warm ambience and abundant natural light, the space feels bright and welcoming.

The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available should you wish to do laundry during your stay.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, some storage for your belongings, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom has fresh towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to freshen up quickly.

For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Please note that the studio is only accessible by stairs!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers a great location for exploring the city. Within close proximity are attractions such as the iconic Luís I Bridge and the stunning Porto Cathedral. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants like Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. Whether you're looking to soak in the culture, enjoy the local cuisine, or simply wander through the charming streets, this location provides the perfect starting point for your Porto adventure.

It is conveniently situated just 15 min walk away from both Porto São Bento and São Bento train stations. This makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the city and its many attractions.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
