Located just a stone's throw away from the renowned Mercado do Bolhão, you'll find yourself in the centre of all the action. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere as you stroll through the market, discovering fresh produce, local delicacies, and vibrant colours. The convenient location of our duplex allows you to easily explore the city's most popular landmarks and attractions, all within walking distance.

The property is on the third floor and is accessible by stairs.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. The open-plan design creates a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together.

The first bedroom is elegantly decorated and thoughtfully furnished to provide a serene and restful ambience, complete with convenient access to all amenities. The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, making it ideal for guests or children. All beds are outfitted with complimentary, hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

The duplex also features one bathroom containing all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

During your stay, take advantage of the nearby amenities, such as restful cafes, trendy restaurants, and charming boutiques. Indulge in the rich culinary scene of Porto, sampling delicious traditional dishes and sipping on the famous Port wine.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The property is perfectly situated in the heart of Porto, offering a vibrant mix of culture, shopping, and dining options. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city's many attractions.

For shopping enthusiasts, the nearby Via Catarina Shopping Mall provides a variety of retail stores and eateries, ensuring convenience and a modern shopping experience. A short stroll away, the renowned Café Majestic offers a step back in time with its stunning Art Nouveau decor and delicious Portuguese pastries.

Cultural highlights include the historic Teatro Sá da Bandeira, which hosts a range of performances, from theatre to live music. Additionally, the Capela das Almas (Chapel of Souls) is a must-see, with its striking facade covered in traditional blue and white azulejo tiles.

Transportation is effortless, with the Bolhão Metro Station just moments away, connecting you to all corners of Porto.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Bolhão: (3 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
