Step into the peaceful bedroom, where a comfortable double bed is complemented by matching bedside tables and lamps, creating a serene setting for restful nights. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout your stay, while the window allows plenty of natural light to fill the room. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to relax, featuring a comfortable mid-century-style sofa bed — which can accommodate an additional guest — and a TV for your entertainment. The dining table with chairs offers the perfect setting for enjoying meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a delicious home-cooked meal.

The modern bathroom features a sleek glass-enclosed shower, wall-mounted toilet, and heated towel rack, providing both comfort and convenience. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 3rd floor, easily reachable by elevator. Enjoy the full range of amenities, including WiFi and air conditioning.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A stylish and centrally located apartment in Porto, set in the vibrant Miguel Bombarda area, known for its contemporary art galleries, independent shops, creative spaces, and lively cultural atmosphere. Guests can easily explore the surrounding streets on foot and discover charming cafés, restaurants, and local boutiques.

The apartment is also within walking distance of the beautiful Crystal Palace Gardens, offering stunning views over the Douro River, as well as the historic city center and many of Porto's most iconic landmarks. It's an excellent base for experiencing the city's art, culture, gastronomy, and authentic local atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are within approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the property, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest metro station, Carolina Michaelis (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 10–12 minute walk away, offering easy access to the city centre and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional services), is approximately a 15-minute walk from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
