This charming 40 m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for couples seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay.

The apartment features an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for meals or remote work. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a quiet morning coffee.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed made up with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the essentials for a pleasant stay, such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a clean, modern finish.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled in the heart of Porto, this apartment on Praça da República is the ideal base for discovering the city’s charm, culture, and convenience. With its central location, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore some of Porto’s most iconic areas on foot.

Just a 10-minute walk takes you to Avenida dos Aliados, the city’s grand central avenue, lined with historic architecture, cafés, and shops. Continue a bit further and you’ll find yourself in Rua de Santa Catarina, the main shopping street, home to international brands, local boutiques, and the famous Café Majestic.

To the west, you’re also close to Boavista, one of Porto’s main business and cultural hubs, with highlights such as Casa da Música and modern shopping options.

The neighbourhood itself offers a mix of local convenience and tranquil charm. Right across from the building is the Jardim de Teófilo Braga, a small urban park ideal for a morning coffee or an afternoon break. Around the square, you’ll find a great selection of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores, including international and speciality shops.

Public transport is also just around the corner: the Trindade metro station, with connections to multiple lines (including the airport line), is a short walk away, making it easy to explore the entire city and beyond.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
