Retreat to the cozy bedroom, where a comfortable double bed awaits. The minimalist decor creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

The modern bathroom features contemporary fixtures, a practical vanity, and a refreshing shower, providing a comfortable space to freshen up and unwind after a day of exploration.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, located on the 1st floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


A comfortable and well-connected property in Vila Nova de Gaia, offering a convenient base for exploring both Gaia and the city of Porto. The area combines a local residential atmosphere with easy access to shops, cafés, restaurants, and everyday amenities.

Guests can discover some of the region’s most iconic attractions, including the Port Wine Cellars, Cais de Gaia, Dom Luís I Bridge, and the Douro River. Crossing the bridge leads directly into Porto’s historic center, where visitors can explore Ribeira, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello.

Gaia’s Atlantic coastline is also within easy reach, with beautiful beaches and seaside promenades offering a relaxing alternative to the city. With good transport connections, this is an excellent base for experiencing Port wine, historic Porto, the Douro River, and the stunning northern Portuguese coastline.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Café Avenida, is just a 3-minute walk away, with several local bus connections. The nearest train station, Francelos, is approximately a 12-minute walk away and provides connections towards Porto and Aveiro.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
