Welcome to our home!

This modern house is centrally and strategically located near the Lapa station, allowing guests to enjoy everything the city has to offer with ease. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.

This house is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room features a large sofa and a dining table big enough to accommodate 3 people.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal.

There is also a private patio equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning city views.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Note: The TV is only functional with streaming services such as Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, etc.

The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is a fascinating city in northern Portugal with many good things to offer you during your stay.

There is a lot of history as you walk the streets. Many monuments, stores and cafes.

The nightlife is full of vibrant places to spend a good time with your family and friends.

There is the Douro River, where you can enjoy a pleasant river cruise and taste the most diverse delicacies and wines.

It is also close to the coast which gives you the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Closest metro Stop: "Faria Guimarães" Line D (Yellow) 8 min walking

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment. You may check in after 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. tobacco smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least EUR 200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for the utilities that will apply with a limit of EUR 80 included.

For first time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag.

Extra keys: 20 euros.

Extra linen: 30 euros (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
