This cosy 25m² studio in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. It is located on the 1st floor and accessed by a lift.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a double bed in premium hotel-quality linens, and a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the property is conveniently located on a busy street so occasional noise can be expected.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is situated in the heart of Porto, in an area rich in history and culture.
The location offers excellent connectivity, being just 300 meters from Praça da República, a popular green space. The Trindade metro station, a major transport hub, is around 600 meters away, providing access to different metro lines and making it easy to explore the city. Porto’s City Hall is approximately 700 meters away, housed in one of the city's most iconic buildings. Within walking distance, the Clérigos Tower, one of Porto’s most recognizable landmarks, offers stunning panoramic views of the city.

The area boasts a variety of restaurants and cafés that showcase Porto’s rich culinary traditions. Popular spots such as Tapabento and FLOW are highly recommended by both locals and visitors. The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, with several bus stops nearby, in addition to the Trindade metro station, ensuring convenient access to different parts of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
