Welcome to my studio!

Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m2 studio is designed with open living, dining and kitchen area. Relax in the living room which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook including kettle, microwave, oven and toaster. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The apartment also comes with a washer and ironing equipment should you need it.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as toilet, shower, hair dryer and waste basket. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This charming apartment is located in the vibrant city of Porto. Situated in close proximity to several attractions, this location offers a plethora of experiences for visitors to enjoy. The iconic Luís I Bridge, known for its stunning views of the Douro River, is just a short distance away. Additionally, the enchanting Gardens of the Crystal Palace provide a serene escape amidst lush greenery and breathtaking views.

Culture enthusiasts will be delighted to find themselves within reach of several historical landmarks. The magnificent Porto Cathedral, with its Gothic architecture, stands as a testament to the city's rich history. Casa da Música, a modern concert hall renowned for its unique design, offers a diverse range of musical performances. The Torre dos Clérigos and the Clerigos Church and Tower, with their impressive bell tower, are must-visit attractions that provide panoramic views of the city.

When it comes to dining and nightlife, residents and visitors are spoilt for choice. Abadia do Porto and Jimão Tapas e Vinhos are just a couple of the many restaurants and bars in the vicinity where one can indulge in delicious cuisine and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aliados, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
