The open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying moments at the table, while the comfortable lounge, with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, white bed linen, bedside tables and soft lighting, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere for a good night's rest.

The contemporary bathroom features a shower, soft towels and the essentials for a pleasant stay. The apartment is carefully cleaned by professionals before every arrival, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment.

Located in the historic Massarelos area, the apartment lets you discover a more authentic side of Porto. This charming neighbourhood stands out for its narrow streets, picturesque staircases, historic buildings and quiet corners that preserve the traditional character of the city. Nearby, the Caminhos do Romântico invite you to explore old estates, gardens and panoramic trails linking the city's heritage with nature and the Douro river.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the ground floor, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should you need help during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so we kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable apartment in Porto, located in the historic Massarelos area, where the tranquillity of old pathways meets the beauty of the Douro River. Nearby, Campo do Rou is one of Porto’s most fascinating hidden gems, preserving the charm of a peaceful rural village. Its name reflects an old northern Portuguese expression for silence (“shh!”), earning it the nickname “Field of Silence.” Explore the charming Caminhos do Romântico, stroll through the Crystal Palace Gardens, discover the history of the trams at the Tram Museum, or enjoy a relaxing walk by the river. This is an excellent base to discover a more authentic and peaceful side of the city, while still visiting iconic places such as Ribeira do Porto and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest bus stops are about a 2 to 5 minute walk away, with connections to the centre of Porto and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Cais das Pedras, is about a 3 to 5 minute walk away, with connections along the Douro line.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about a 20 to 25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property has self check-in, and you will be asked to verify your identity before entering. Check-in is possible from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of a breach of this rule (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the basic supplies: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
