The sleeping and living areas blend harmoniously into a single space, equipped with a comfortable double bed, a practical sofa to relax on while watching television and an elegant dining table. There is also a wardrobe to store your belongings.

The modern kitchenette is perfectly integrated and fully equipped, ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the space includes a hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a capsule coffee machine to ensure you start your day in the best possible way.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the property is on the 4th floor and access is exclusively by stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The energy in this neighbourhood is absolutely contagious: a perfect blend of traditional Porto charm and a cosmopolitan, modern atmosphere. Step outside and you will immediately be surrounded by an incredible selection of independent shops, alternative stores, art galleries, speciality cafés and restaurants celebrating both traditional gastronomy and world flavours. It is the ideal environment for those who want to feel the true pulse of the city.

The great magic of this location is being right at the centre of everything, allowing you to explore Porto's greatest attractions on foot! Within a very short walk, you will find the monumental Avenida dos Aliados, the iconic Torre dos Clérigos and the magical Livraria Lello. During the day, wander through the historic alleyways to the stunning São Bento Station (famous for its azulejo panels); at night, enjoy the lively nightlife in the nearby Galerias de Paris. Heading down to Praça da Ribeira to admire the Douro river and the Dom Luís I Bridge will be an easy, picturesque and unforgettable stroll.

Beyond being the perfect base to experience the essence of Porto, this address is a strategically excellent base for discovering the entire Northern region. Being just steps away from the city's main transport network (such as São Bento Station and the central Trindade Metro Station), you will have easy access to any destination. On a short and comfortable train journey, you can travel back in time to the cradle of the nation in Guimarães, marvel at the architectural richness of Braga, stroll on the traditional moliceiros along Aveiro's canals (the 'Venice of Portugal') or embark on a scenic journey through the breathtaking vineyard landscapes of the Douro Valley. The area is excellent in terms of public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections across the city. The nearest metro station is Aliados or Trindade (Yellow and Blue Lines), approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
