Ideal for solo travellers or couples, this compact and bright space features a sleeping area and kitchen area perfectly integrated. The accommodation is equipped with a comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing, enhanced by the pleasant natural light that floods in through the large window.

The sleek, modern-lined kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare small meals and snacks, and also features a table and two chairs. In addition to basic crockery, it includes a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster and fridge.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Important note: The property has internet access, but the speed is limited due to the lack of fibre optic coverage in the area, so it is only advisable for basic tasks.

Located in the welcoming and quiet area of São Mamede de Infesta, this accommodation offers the perfect retreat for those seeking the ideal balance between the authentic peace of a residential neighbourhood and the full convenience of being right at the city's doorstep. The energy of this neighbourhood is serene, family-friendly and genuinely Portuguese. Nearby, you'll find a traditional neighbourhood atmosphere, with local shops, inviting bakeries and excellent typical restaurants where you can taste true and comforting Northern Portuguese cuisine, feeling like a true local, far from the usual tourist bustle.

Despite this tranquil atmosphere, the proximity to Porto's vibrant Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage) is one of this location's greatest assets. Thanks to the quick access routes (by car or through the convenient surrounding public transport network), you'll reach the heart of "Invicta" in just a few minutes. You'll easily be climbing the iconic Clérigos Tower, admiring the tiles of São Bento Station or enjoying the magical atmosphere of the Ribeira riverside, before returning to the silence of your accommodation for a night of absolute rest.

Beyond being an excellent gateway to Porto, this address serves as an exceptional strategic logistics base for exploring the greatest attractions of the North region. In a very short trip, you can hop over to the Matosinhos coast to walk on the beach and savour the famous fresh-grilled fish. With easy access to the main roads, planning day trips is incredibly simple: be amazed by the monumental grandeur and Roman heritage of Braga, discover the medieval streets of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), or head off to explore the stunning wine landscapes of the Douro Valley!

By car, the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) and the A3 are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to Porto (about 10 minutes), Braga (about 30 minutes) and northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
