The property features an open floor plan and is situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The fully equipped kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, perfect for preparing delicious meals. For your convenience, the apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a spacious wardrobe for ample storage.

The bathroom is well-appointed, with clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned.

Santa Marinha is a picturesque Vila Nova de Gaia parish across Porto's Douro River. This charming area offers breathtaking views of the Douro River and the historic cityscape of Porto, with the riverfront perfect for strolls and taking in the scenic landscape.

The parish is well-connected to Porto by several bridges, ensuring easy travel for residents and visitors. Vila Nova de Gaia is renowned for its port wine cellars, and Santa Marinha is no exception. Many famous port wine cellars are situated here, where visitors can enjoy guided tours and wine tastings.

Santa Marinha also boasts various restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing a delightful mix of traditional Portuguese cuisine and modern dining options. Local markets offer fresh produce and regional specialities, making it a vibrant and inviting place to explore.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
