The room is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a support desk and free Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Guests can access a shared living room on the ground floor and a lovely outdoor terrace - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a cup of tea.

The continental breakfast is served in a basket and left outside the room.
If you prefer, you can take the basket to the common areas and enjoy breakfast in the living room or on the terrace.

For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
