The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with a lift from the 1st floor only; Studio Apartment with a double bed and a double sofa bed, dining table for 4 people, TV stand, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, storage cupboards, a bathroom and an old (narrow) balcony facing Largo dos Lóios.

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
