Full length windows in the living room and bedroom allow for full natural light and freshening circulating air. The bedroom looks out directly onto Mouzinho da Silveira street, one of the most famous streets in the city! The bedroom comes equipped with two single beds made as a double.

The living room area with comfortable sofa bed for two includes a state of the art 55” Smart TV with Netflix app and more for you to log in with your own account.

The kitchenette is equipped with stove, espresso coffee machine, microwave with grill function, mini fridge, dishwasher and all you need to prepare your meals.

Marble bathroom with all the amenities you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Electric heating system and portable heater also available.

High speed WiFi available throughout.

The apartment is located in the historic center with all the places to visit at a walking distance - some streets with limited vehicle access. However, you can easily move around using the metro, bus, taxi or Uber.

Electric bikes and scooters are available throughout the city as well.

Some tips that may be useful:

- Use Free Now as a taxi app and to use electric scooters.

- There is a metro station nearby: Estação São Bento (3 min / 200m walk)

- Use the MOVE-ME.AMP app to access the bus schedules with real-time updates.
Buses only accept cash and the single ticket is more expensive than being purchased on a prepaid card. Get your prepaid card at metro or train stations with discounts for tourists.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Luggage storage: If you need to store your luggage before check-in or longer than your check-out time, we recommend City Lockers. They have lockers spread over the most central points of the city. Choose the best location and check prices on the website.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
