The location of the apartment was absolutely fantastic! However it was noisy at night from the restaurants and in the morning from the garbage trucks. The furniture was also quite worn, the couch had visible marks and rips.

Loved it!!!

I stayed at the apartment 8 days. The location is perfect for the adventurous types that hit the ground running, to explore this magnificent City. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. Lots of natural light and even though no air conditioning, opening the windows and the small fans cooled off the place. And if you’re looking for a place that you can just relax, and be inside with peace and quiet, then this street is not the one to be on. Street performers and entertainers start around 9 AM and continue till 10:30 PM. I enjoyed it, but it wouldn’t be for everyone. I would stay here again for sure

Perfect location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The apartment was clean and the check-in process was very easy. The management team was responsive when we had questions. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Disappointing

Great location some short comings such as a tired old mattress, coffee stained coffee cups, sheet’s weren’t thr correct size for br the first four nights. Tv not operating complained via mangent never had resolution, disappointing

Perfect Location

The location of this apartment is wonderful. While overall it was a good apartment, the shower was pretty dirty and there are minimal amenities. The beds were comfy but it could use some more fans, as it was very hot. Some basic kitchen items such as coffee and tea would be welcome.

Great location. Experience a Porto type place!

We loved the place and location. We could stand outside on balcony and listen to music and just down the street seems to always be a very popular singer that draws crowds. My advice is NOT to drive to Porto. We rented a car in Lisbon and found driving the streets in Porto difficult and finding parking was difficult. Cost over 80 euros for 3 nights. You can walk everywhere in Porto. We walked between 5-12 miles a day and felt like we saw and experienced everything Porto had to offer. Take the free walking tour with Filipe to get familiar with Porto.

Blue Flower Apartment

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Rua de las Flores is a super fun street. The apt is clean, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. I suggest paying a little more attention to the shower. Loved the guest book and enjoyed reading about other travelers’ experiences. The check in process (remote in our case) was seamless and the communication was excellent. Would love to come back to this beautiful place.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location on one of the main streets. We were there during the St Joao festival which was tremendous but did mean there was a bit of a party going on outside on the street until the early hours. The bedrooms were comfortable although the bathroom is quite small . The communication was excellent before and while we were there .

Loved Blue Flower Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location was superb on a mall with no traffic. There was quite a bit of construction noise, but that’s not going to last forever. Shops, cafes on your doorstep. Walking distance to everything. Everything was great. Our check in girl even arranged our pick ups from the airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apt. I would definitely use it again.

Great space to share with a friend or family

The apartment location is wonderful in terms of being able to walk to historical attractions, access to restaurants, 5 minute walk to a grocery store & lots of street music. The apartment is clean & comfortable .The beds in the second bedroom are small but comfortable. The bathroom shower is great but no change of towels by the owner during our 8 day stay, with only 1 towel/guest provided when we arrived. Currently the street below is a construction zone with 4 properties being restored.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé au coeur du quartier historique. Baigné de soleil dès le matin, l'appartement est fonctionnel, joliment décoré. Right in the center of it all

Absolutely perfect apartment and location. Pedro is the most helpful person around; he took the time to give us the ins and outs of Porto, from a local's view. Very professional. Everything is handy; restaurants, bars, shops, groceries...and train/metro station :) 10/10 Scott & Judy

Weekend in Porto

Fabulous 3 night stay at this apartment. Transport was arranged from the airport straight to the door where we were met by Eva who was so lovely and helpful with loads of advice re what to see and do and tips re transport etc. The phone app she recommended was really helpful. The apartment is on one of the best streets in my opinion and very central to everything. There is a bit of building work going on at the moment so it was a little noisy in the early mornings but to be honest this didn't ruin our stay as we wanted to be up and about to explore anyway and its great to see that there is a lot of investment going into Porto as it is a really great place. The apartment itself was immaculate and had all the facilities you need. Beds were really comfy and the shower is fab. One tip I would suggest is perhaps to leave a bottle of water and some milk in the fridge for new guests. This is just because we arrived quite late and by the time we headed out, the supermarkets were all shut. The little balcony at the front is a real bonus and lovely to sit out on and listen to the street entertainers whilst enjoying a coffee in the morning sun! Would definitely reccommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat!
