The Space:

The studio offers a cosy and practical setting, ideal for a comfortable stay. It features:



* A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

* A fully equipped bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

* A living room with a sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen TV with cable channels, for moments of leisure and entertainment.

* Free Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

* A private balcony, where you can enjoy moments of tranquillity and take in the view.

* A kitchenette equipped with the essentials for preparing your meals, including a fridge, hob, microwave and kitchen utensils.



For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a lift, ensuring a pleasant stay in all seasons.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchen, kitchenette, dining room and outdoor area.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant neighbourhood surrounding our flat, situated on Rua do Pinheiro, in the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away – a 5-minute stroll – is the Trindade e dos Aliados Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The Cedofeita area, with its restaurants, bars and shops, is just a short distance away, ideal for those looking for dining and shopping experiences. Enjoy the tranquillity of our apartment, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the wonders of Porto.



Important note: there is construction work taking place next to the apartment annex, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but one that may affect our guests’ stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



Getting Around:

Trindade metro station is just a few minutes’ walk from the flat, providing easy access to the whole of Porto and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. There are also several bus stops nearby. For those travelling by car, on-street parking is available, subject to availability, and there are paid car parks in the immediate vicinity.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
