The Space:

The apartment offers a mezzanine-style en-suite bedroom, providing a welcoming and private environment. The living room, overlooking the vibrant Rua de Miguel Bombarda, features a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, ideal for preparing and enjoying your meals. The guest bathroom is equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment has an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Enjoy all amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



The tenant agrees to allow a team member, when requested by the host, to enter the property for inspection purposes. Monthly visits are scheduled for this purpose.



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



Late check-out: If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. If you stay beyond the check-out time without authorisation, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



Lost key policy: If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be applied (to be confirmed). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and requires technical intervention, the cost will be determined on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest.
