The home is located in a condominium with shared swimming pool. It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience some relaxing days close to the beach.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. The rooms with single beds and bunk beds have skylights with velux windows and shutters with manual opening.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a skylight with manually opening window.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa and a dining table for 6.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and mixer and manual coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is shared with other guests and is open from 09AM to 7PM.
Closed from October 15th to April 15th.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment is close to Madalena Beach, a peaceful spot with a long stretch of sand, rocky areas, and a calm sea. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it offers the perfect balance between nature, beach life and easy access to Porto, just around 10 minutes away by car.

Within walking distance, you'll find several Blue Flag beaches, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, bars, restaurants and cycling paths. Marbelo Beach, around a 12-minute walk away, features outdoor fitness equipment and is a popular surfing spot. Madalena Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the apartment. From Marbelo Beach, a scenic coastal boardwalk and cycling path stretches all the way to Porto and the Douro riverside, making it perfect for walking, running or cycling while enjoying the Atlantic coastline.

Tennis enthusiasts will also find a tennis club approximately 25 minutes away on foot. Porto's historic centre and the famous Douro riverside, home to the renowned Port wine cellars, can be reached in around 10–15 minutes by car or Uber, while Bus 906, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, provides a direct connection to Trindade Station in Porto city centre.

￫ Metro & Bus
Take the metro to Trindade Station, then continue on Bus 901. The total journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

￫ Train and Bus
Take the metro from the airport to Campanhã Station, then a train to Madalena Station (around 20 minutes on foot from the apartment), or continue to Trindade Station and take Bus 906 to the Da Marinha stop.

￫ Taxi
A taxi ride takes approximately 20–30 minutes, with fares usually ranging between €22 and €27, depending on traffic and the time of day.

￫ Uber
An Uber journey typically takes 20–30 minutes, with fares generally ranging between €15 and €20, depending on demand and traffic.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Before leaving, please place the keys back in the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib, Bath and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ The swimming pool is seasonal and its open from April 15th till October 15th.
￫ The swimming pool only allows children with an adult supervised.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments and in the property. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken.
￫ The use of the pool and common areas is exclusive for guests registered in the reservation. Otherwise, a value of €50 will be charged for each additional guest.
￫ For safety reasons, the use of matches and candles are prohibited in our flats.
￫ Upon your departure and when you are outside the accommodation unit, please turn off the AC equipment - heating and lamps. It's time to save energy, we count on you!
￫ The air conditioning units should not be set to temperatures above 20ºC, and we advise against turning them all on simultaneously if you plan to use the water heater or stove.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
