”Lovely hotel with modern, clean rooms. The reception was friendly and fast. We were given shopping tips, metro travel tips and even got arranged for taxi service to the airport. The taxi service was reliable, prompt and friendly. Really happy that I chose this hotel. There is not an open reception at all hours, but if that is not a requirement for you then this is the perfect one. We came early and could enter the building with a door code and use spacey cabinets to store our luggage until...

”Really charming little questhouse on a local area of Porto. Rooms are large enough, comfortable, modern and very clean. Lots of great restaurants nearby where you can try out the local specialities and other Excellent portuguese foods. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Always willing to help. Good breakfast buffet! It's a bit out of the city centre but not too much and the nearest metro is only like 5 minutes away. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!”

”We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge. This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Overall our stay was impacted with the odour of the flooded room drifting into our sleeping space. Despite apologies from the owners no further compensation or consideration was...

10/10 Loistava

"Stayed with 8 and 10 year old kids for five nights. Super spacious and clean room, very friendly service. We were on the 6 floor with windows to the street and we could hear the traffic but it wasn't that loud. Probably could be more of an issue on the lower floors. Breakfast wasn't included but it could be ordered to the room for an extra charge. We ordered it one morning and it was okay, but there were many cafes around so ended up having breakfast outside most mornings. It was a bit of a walk, about 2 km, downtown where most of the sights were but there's a metro station close by. Really nice all in all, would stay here again."

"Great location, right in the heart of the city. We’ve stayed at another place from the same chain before, and I like the concept. The common areas are probably the best part of the place: there’s a rooftop pool, pool table, ping pong table, a small gym and plenty of places to sit and hang out. Everything has a stylish, youthful look, and the rooftop has good views. We also tried the food there and enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention for the attention to detail: this was the first place so far where our requests made before arrival were actually noticed. We had asked for an extra blanket, and it was already waiting for us in the room. We really appreciated that! We had breakfast once. It was good and there was a decent selection, although I remember the breakfast at their other location being a little better. It was also quite busy when we were there, and finding a free table took a bit of effort. The room was clean and comfortable, though fairly simple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the relaxed atmosphere."
