Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is totally separated within a larger house. Please note, the apartment is accessible by stairs.

This modern one-bedroom apartment in the 6th arrondissement is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Sainte-Chapelle, Notre-Dame), good restaurants and shops, and the Odéon station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

A charming and peaceful property in Ribeira da Janela, on the spectacular north coast of Madeira, surrounded by lush mountains and dramatic Atlantic Ocean scenery. The area is known for its unspoiled landscapes, traditional rural atmosphere, and breathtaking coastal views.

Guests can easily explore the nearby Seixal natural pools and black-sand beach, the famous Porto Moniz natural swimming pools, and the scenic Fanal Forest, a UNESCO-listed Laurisilva landscape. The location is also ideal for discovering Madeira’s levadas, hiking trails, waterfalls, and spectacular viewpoints.

The property is easily accessible by car and public transport.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the property, with connections to Porto Moniz, São Vicente, and other areas of Madeira.

As Madeira does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car, bus, taxi, or car hire. Due to the property's location in a more rural area, having a car is recommended for exploring the island and reaching nearby attractions.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 1 hour 15–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic and road conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
