Welcome to my home!

The property has three levels: the first level is composed of the main entrance at road level with a bedroom and a bathroom; the second level (below level 1) has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry room; and the third level (below level 2) features a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen, an outside area with a swimming pool, leisure area, gardens, and an exit to the road below.

The spacious living room features comfy sofas where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has oversized windows that brighten the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a terrace and a swimming pool to swim on sunny days.

The house also has a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

All four bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto Santo is a small island in the Madeira archipelago, located in the Atlantic Ocean about 43 kilometres northeast of the island of Madeira.

This is the perfect place to explore and enjoy. This stunning location has tourist attractions, such as Ponta da Calheta, Casa de Cristóvão Colombo and Miradouro das Lombas. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from, including Pé na Água Restaurant and Beach Bar, Casa d'Avó, and Porto Santo Beach Club.

Overall, Porto Santo is a picturesque and serene destination that appeals to travellers looking for natural beauty, relaxation, and a slower pace of life. Make sure to visit Travessa Das Conchas, Pedras Pretas, for a truly memorable experience.

Porto Santo is accessible by ferry from Madeira, with regular connections between the two islands. Additionally, it has a small airport with flights to and from Madeira and mainland Portugal.

The best way to reach the property is by taxi or by your own transport.

Porto Santo Airport is a 5-minute drive from the property.

NOTE: We do not have a baby crib, and due to the pool and stairs, we do not recommend this property for small children.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the house. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Please note that there is a pool maintenance/cleaning every Friday.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
